doTerra Essential Oils
I incorporate doTerra essential oils and products throughout my day. On an average day, I might:
- Use SuperMint Toothpaste and Exfoliating Body Scrub as part of my morning routine.
- Apply essential oils topically - Citrus Bliss Invigorating blend for its refreshing and happy aroma, Balance Grounding blend to keep me steady during the day, or Gardenia on my pulse points for a beautiful perfume.
- Diffuse oils while I am sleeping. My favorite is frankincense, but I choose what resonates with me each night.
- Clean my kitchen and dishes with Abode surface sprayand dish soap. Throw in a load of laundry using OnGuard laundry detergent.
