My Story

I’m so glad you’re here. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

These are things I love: my husband, my family and friends, yoga, Pilates, trees, water, hiking, swimming, good books, good movies, good music, laughing, beautiful gardens, good food, cooking for people, Italy, learning to speak Italian, exploring new places, and educating people about health and wellness.

My passion for health and wellness grew out of my own struggles with diet culture. For most of my life, I believed that if I could just be thin enough, I would be happy. I would have the perfect life.

Diet culture shapes how we view our worth, our health, and our beauty.

Maybe you are here because you have spent years trying each new diet that promised weight loss and happiness. And maybe you are tired of it all.

I’ve been there so I understand what you’re going through. I’ve spent decades working to heal my relationship with food and my body. Now in my 60’s, I’m learning how to embrace intuitive eating – honoring hunger, enjoying movement, letting go of food guilt, and treating my body with respect.

I envision a world where women live with peace, bliss, balance, and body confidence – embracing their authentic selves and thriving through a sustainable approach to health that honors mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Through wellness coaching, my mission is to help mature women reconnect with their bodies, break free from diet culture, and reclaim confidence by cultivating a peaceful, balanced relationship with food that supports lasting mind-body well-being.

Sometimes support simply looks like having someone walk alongside you. Health coaches offer guidance, perspective, and encouragement as you build habits rooted in respect rather than restriction. If you’re curious about what that kind of support could look like, I’d be honored to connect. You can reach out to me at cindydecarolis62@gmail.com to schedule a discovery call.

With warmth,

Cindy
